Recognising and strengthening boundaries - creative methods for self-awareness and mindfulness
In this intensive and enriching course, you will learn creative methods that help you to consciously recognise and respect your own boundaries. You will learn how learning by difference and expanding your awareness can support you in recognising and strengthening your inner resources and being more mindful of yourself.
You will try out a variety of creative techniques, including painting with different techniques, working with natural materials, creative writing and painting to music. These exercises will not only give you access to your creative side, but also provide a valuable opportunity for self-reflection and inner strength.
Another highlight of the course is the exploration of the influence of Mediterranean cuisine, olive oil and Greece's unique climate on your personal well-being. You will feel how the combination of a healthy diet and a regenerating environment positively influences your energy and well-being. You can record your impressions in a learning diary and reflect on the insights you have gained.
In addition, you will learn to be more mindful of your body and to better understand its signals through targeted body awareness exercises.
In an international group, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and benefit from the experiences of other participants.
After this week full of new creative impulses, valuable experiences and practical exercises, you will return to your daily work strengthened and with an expanded awareness.

The power of nature and creative forms of expression

Mediterranean cuisine and its influence on well-being

Deepening the creative methods and body awareness

Painting to music: intensifying creative work and deepening expression through different styles of music

Body awareness exercises: yoga or dance to promote mindfulness and relaxation
Afternoon:

Working with your own resources: what strengths have you discovered in the last few days?

Group work: Exchange on the various creative methods and their effect on personal perception

Day 5
Conclusion and integration of experiences
Morning:

Closing exercise: Summarising the week through creative forms of expression (e.g. painting, poem, collage)
