Cancellation terms:

 

If you are unable to participate in the particular learning activity after you have registered, please inform us immediately in writing.

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the course:

P.E.T.R.A. will refund the entire amount minus 10%, or the participants can take part in another course in the following 18 months.

Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the start of the course:

P.E.T.R.A. will deduct the full amount and the participants can take part in another course in the following 18 months.

The following applies to courses with package offers:

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the course:

P.E.T.R.A. refunds the entire amount, minus 10% of the course fee and the cancellation fee* of the respective hotel (if applicable).

Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the start of the course:

P.E.T.R.A. retains the entire course fee, refunds the remaining amount, minus the cancellation fee of the hotel (reference to the cancellation conditions of the respective hotels)
