VISUAL STRESSMANAGEMENT

Activate resources and find calmness with creative methods

School life is characterised by high demands, complex interactions and constant challenges. Both teachers and pupils need strategies to activate and strengthen their inner resources.
Image-based and creative methods offer effective access to these resources and help to reduce stress and strengthen self-efficacy.

In this training course, you will learn practical approaches that can be used both in your own professional practice and in your work with pupils, and which can contribute to a healthier school environment.

This learning activity offers you the opportunity to experience resource-activating methods and integrate them into your everyday teaching practice.

Experience-based learning: The training course combines theoretical principles with practical exercises in image-based and creative resource work in the inspiring surroundings of Lefkada.
Innovative methods: Discover various techniques for visual and creative resource activation in connection with the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM) and learn how these can be used in a school context.
International exchange: Dialogue with Greek colleagues and education experts opens up new perspectives on the integration of resource-strengthening methods into everyday school life. You will also benefit from intensive exchange within the international course group, which will provide you with diverse insights into different school systems and educational approaches.
Reflection and transferability: Through your own engagement with image-based methods, you will develop approaches for implementation in your teaching and for strengthening the school climate, as well as important strategies for strengthening your own resources and maintaining your health in the challenging everyday school environment.

This training course not only provides you with valuable methods for managing your own stress and activating resources, but also offers concrete examples of how to apply these methods in educational practice:

  • Visual stress management enables you to strengthen your own resilience and provide students with concrete tools that they can use to activate their inner resources in exam situations or other stressful situations.

  • The image-based and creative methods you learn can be used directly in the classroom – for example, at the beginning of stressful phases or in class teacher lessons – and practical concepts for the targeted promotion of self-efficacy and resilience in learners are developed.

  • The combination of personal resource strengthening, practical methods for the classroom and valuable international exchange of experiences actively contributes to a healthier learning environment in which both teachers and students are better able to cope with daily challenges.
