Discover the art of visual thinking in an inspiring environment! Our unique training seminar combines the powerful method of sketchnoting with the Mediterranean flair of the Greek island of Lefkada.

The international exchange in a European learning group offers additional perspectives and valuable networking opportunities.

In this practice-orientated basic course, together with colleagues from different European countries, you will learn how to make complex content tangible using simple visual elements - without any previous artistic knowledge. Immerse yourself in the world of visualisation and experience how images, symbols and structures can enrich your educational work and overcome language barriers.

Sketchnoting revolutionises the learning process by:

  • Activating different areas of the brain for sustainable learning

  • Promoting networked thinking and creative problem-solving strategies

  • Increasing concentration and memory through active visualisation

  • Improving text comprehension through pictorial summaries

  • Increasing student motivation through independent creative design

  • Support for multilingual learning groups through universally understandable visual language

Special highlights:

  • Daily hands-on workshops to develop your personal visualisation style

  • Authentic practical experience cooking with locals and translating complex actions into understandable visualisations

  • Insights into the Greek school system and exchange with colleagues

  • Direct testing of the techniques learnt in a foreign language environment

  • Intercultural exchange in the European learning group

  • Networking with international colleagues
